Shipping and taxes on international orders will be calculated upon checkout. All items will be insured and securely packaged while in transit. International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges charged by their country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.
Please note: We only ship your item after it has passed through our quality control. All items that are made-to-order and customized, will receive an approximate shipment date depending on the production schedule of your item upon check-out.
Return Policy:
We stand behind every item we sell and want you to be truly happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund – no questions asked. Please note: Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. Your item must be returned in its original packaging, including boxes, pouches, and other signature packaging materials. *For international returns: shipping, customs, and other taxes on international returns must be paid entirely by the customer.
How to make a return:
If you wish to return your purchase please contact us by mail to.contactus@bichachijewely.com and provide your order information. Once we receive your email we will send you the instructions and shipping label to make the return. Upon receiving your item, we will send you an email confirmation and your claim will be examined by our gemological team. Please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and issued. We will not accept items sent without a return authorization number, packages shipped beyond the 14-day return period, packages that are uninsured or improperly packaged, or jewelry that is ineligible for return.
Not eligible for returns
We are unable to accept certain items for return including:
Items that have been removed from its packaging and worn.
Items without their original packaging, including gift boxes and certificates of authenticity.
Items that are made-to-order.
Items which have been customized or engraved.
Items which have been altered by an outside jeweler.
Items which have been in the customer’s possession for more than 15 days from the
date the item was delivered.
