United States: 

We offer fast, free standard shipping and insurance on all items purchased within the U.S. All items are securely packaged and fully insured while in transit to you.

International: 

Shipping fees and taxes for international orders are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes, or surcharges imposed by their country.

Please note: 

Items are only shipped after passing our quality control inspection

Made-to-order and customized items will receive an estimated shipment date based on production time, provided at checkout

Return Policy:

We stand behind every item we sell and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not 100% happy, you may return your item in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund

Please note: 

Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, pouches, and other signature packaging materials

For international returns: Shipping, customs fees, and any other taxes are the responsibility of the customer

How to make a return: 

To initiate a return, please email us at customercare@bichachijewelry.com with your order details. Upon receiving your request, we will send return instructions and a shipping label 

Once we receive your returned item, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Our gemological team will inspect the item, and you can expect your refund to be processed within 2-3 business days

Please note: We will not accept returns without a return authorization number, items shipped after the 30-day return window, uninsured packages, improperly packaged items, or jewelry that is ineligible for return

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:

• Items that have been worn or removed from their packaging.
• Items without their original packaging, including gift boxes and certificates of authenticity.
• Made-to-order items.
• Customized or engraved items.
• Items altered by a third-party jeweler.
• Items held for more than 15 days after delivery.
