We go above and beyond and offer real-time video conference calls with our team of expert
gemologists who will walk you through the unique qualities and attributes of your diamond of choice. Ask questions, get personalized education, and go through your diamonds unique specifications and grading certificate together.

Certificate of authenticity

All our jewelry comes with a certificate of authenticity and integrity confirming the highest diamond and gold quality used in the craftsmanship.We comply with the highest quality industry standards of Kimberly & RGC diamond organization.

GIA diamond certificate

For jewelry with diamonds containing a diamond of over 1.0 carat we provide a GIA certificate detailing the grade and serialized diamonds. This document contains important information related to your diamond, from its grades based on the 4C’s to its unique laser-inscribed serial number. If you wish to receive a GIA certificate for diamonds under 1 carat, we offer this service for a $70 charge.

Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty for all of our jewelry against manufacturer defects and
workmanship. This warranty does not include loss of any diamond or gemstone, including the center stone. In order to enroll in our lifetime warranty please register on our website with the document received with your purchase.
Our dedicated Quality Control Team inspects every item prior to shipment, ensuring the highest
quality standards. In the rare event that your piece arrives with a defect of any kind, please
contact a customer service representative at contactus@Bichachijewelry.com .
Please note: We reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond normal wear, as deemed by our jewelry professionals.
We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend and suggest a separate
private insurance policy on all items purchased. The warranty will be voided if the product has been subjected to any foul play, misuse, damage or if repairs and alterations were performed by anyone outside of the Bichachi repair service.

Complimentary Cleaning service:

This complimentary service is offered over the lifetime of your jewelry and not only ensures that
your diamonds or gemstones are cleaned, it also includes routinely checking (once a year) that
the stones are secure in their settings. With proper care, your Bichachi Jewelry diamond ring will retain its beauty and character for many years to come. Contact us or bring your ring to one of our showrooms for cleaning.

Repairs:

We ensure that our craftsmanship is made to the highest standard. In the case that a repair is needed, you may bring your item to a Bichachi showroom near you or send in your item by
mail. If you wish to send your jewelry for repair please contact us for further instructions.

Resizing: 

At Bichachi, we provide resizing services for specific jewelry items. We offer a one-time complimentary resizing service for these items. Please be advised that any items that have been resized or altered are not eligible for refund or exchange. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
