Diamond Inspection and Care: 

We go above and beyond to offer personalized care. Enjoy real-time video conference calls with our expert gemologists, who will guide you through the unique qualities of your selected diamond. Ask questions, receive personalized education, and review your diamond’s specifications and grading certificate together. At Bichachi Jewelry, we prioritize safe, secure, and personalized service.

Certificate of Authenticity

Every piece of jewelry comes with a certificate of authenticity, ensuring the highest quality of diamonds and gold used in our craftsmanship. We comply with the highest industry standards, including the Kimberley Process and RGC diamond organizations.

GIA Diamond Certificate

For jewelry containing diamonds over 1.00 carat, we provide a GIA certificate detailing the diamond’s grade and serial number. This document includes critical information about your diamond, such as its grade according to the 4C’s and its unique laser-inscribed serial number. For diamonds under 1.00 carat, a GIA certificate is available for an additional charge of $70. View a sample GIA grading certificate.

Warranty

We offer a  2 year warranty covering manufacturer defects and craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover the loss of diamonds or gemstones, including center stones. To enroll in our lifetime warranty, register on our website with the documents provided at purchase.

Before shipping, each piece undergoes inspection by our dedicated Quality Control Team to meet the highest standards. If your piece arrives with any defect, please contact us at customercare@bichachijewelry.com

Please note: We reserve the right to void the warranty if there are signs of modification, misuse, or damage beyond normal wear, as determined by our professionals. Lost or stolen items are not covered, and we recommend obtaining a private insurance policy for all purchases. Warranty coverage is also voided if repairs or alterations are performed by anyone other than Bichachi Jewelry.

Complimentary Cleaning Service:

Enjoy complimentary cleaning for the lifetime of your jewelry. This service not only cleans your diamonds or gemstones but also includes an annual check to ensure the stones remain secure in their settings. With proper care, your Bichachi Jewelry will retain its beauty and character for years. Visit one of our showrooms or contact us to arrange a cleaning.

Repairs:

Our craftsmanship is held to the highest standards. Should a repair be necessary, you can visit a Bichachi showroom or mail the item to us. Please contact us for instructions on sending your jewelry by mail.

Resizing: 

We offer resizing services for select jewelry pieces, including a one-time complimentary resizing. Please note that resized or altered items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and remain dedicated to your satisfaction.

Prices: 

All prices, discounts, and promotions listed on our website (www.bichachijewelry.com), social media accounts, or other platforms are subject to change without notice. The price charged for your product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as outlined in your Sales Order. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes.

Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping and handling fees, or international charges such as value-added taxes (VAT), customs fees, or similar charges assessed in foreign countries. These additional charges are your responsibility. Shipping, handling, and international charges (if applicable) cover the costs of processing, handling, packing, and delivering the product.

All taxes and applicable fees will be added to the total price and itemized in your Sales Order. We make every effort to display accurate pricing information, but occasional typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time and cancel any orders affected by such issues.
